Britain's most famous chalk cliffs, walked end to end. The path rollercoasters over each Sister in turn, so the 12 miles work harder than the distance suggests. Cross the Cuckmere at Exceat bridge, refuel at Birling Gap, and save something for the final climb over Beachy Head into Eastbourne.
