What we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password (or your Apple ID identifier if you sign in with Apple), stored with our database provider, Supabase, in the EU.
Your routes: the routes and waypoints you create and save, so they sync to your account.
Location: used on-device to show your position, plan routes from where you are, and provide turn-by-turn navigation. Requested only while you use the app. We do not store a history of your movements on our servers.
Speed-camera files you import: stored on your device only, never uploaded to us or shared with other users.

Third parties

Scenic Way is built on the Mapbox platform, which powers our maps, routing, live traffic and search; your device sends map and route requests (including coordinates) to Mapbox to make these features work. Authentication and data storage are provided by Supabase. We don't sell your data, run ads, or use third-party advertising trackers.

Sharing routes

When you share a route, anyone with the link can view that route's name, waypoints and shape. You can stop sharing at any time by deleting the route (or contact us to disable a link).

Your rights

You can delete your account (and all routes) in the app under Settings → Delete account. Under UK/EU GDPR you may also request a copy or correction of your data. Email support@turnkeyit.co.uk.
