Scenic Way is a route-planning aid, not a substitute for your judgement. Road conditions, closures, signage and the law always take precedence over anything the app shows or says. Set up your route before you set off, and interact with the app only when it's safe and legal to do so.
The app lets you import speed-camera databases from third-party providers (such as SCDB or PocketGPSWorld). You are responsible for holding a valid licence for any data you import and for complying with the laws of the countries you drive in. Scenic Way does not supply, resell or redistribute camera data; imported data stays private to your account. Camera alerts are suppressed where local law requires (for example, mobile-camera warnings in France, Germany and Switzerland), but you remain responsible for legal compliance.
Routes you create are yours. Sharing a route makes it viewable by anyone with the link until you delete it. Don't use the service for anything unlawful.
Scenic Way is currently a free beta. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features while in beta. The service depends on third-party providers (Mapbox, Supabase, Apple); outages on their side may affect the app. Provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
